This will be the best bacon you have ever had. Pork that has been raised on rotated pasture is totally different from pork you can get at the grocery store. You will know by looking at the fat while frying our bacon. Our bacon fat is yellow because our pigs eat grass. You won't find that in store bought, conventional bacon.
Our bacon is apple-wood smoked, no nitrites or nitrates added except for those naturally occurring in sea salt and celery powder.
